Well it's not Zippy....

Well I worked the 3rd shift the other day and I had my laptop with me because I wante to show a guy at work (he's a geek like me). We live near a park, and I'm always saying that I should get up early in the morning and go and draw the people there exercising (they are always doing tai-chi.) Well you know how many times I've done that. =\ So coming home from work at 7:30am and having my laptop to draw with, I decided to stop for a couple of minutes and sketch. They aren't much (what do you expect after staying up all night) but I had fun. The first is a palm tree in under 5 minutes, and a quick sketch of a woman talking and walking on her cell phone. What happened to zippy? Well, that just is for another post.

This is called "Reveal". I just was thinking about a greedy type character coming out and sharing what he had found. I tried to show the extreme poses.

I think my next drawing is going to be Zippy the mouse. He is a mouse that lives where I eat my lunch outside. I feed him crackers. I call him Zippy because he only comes out at night, and he zips from one place to the other. It's quite funny for me to watch.

News today: Saddam was to begin trial today, but it has been postponed until next month.
