Here are some prelim sketches. I'm not going to use the pirate, but my hand just started drawing him. and I liked it so maybe he will show up in another short (or long) some day. =)

The cyclopse was an idea suggested by Floyd (co-worker) after seeing another sketch in my book. I'll post that one tomorrow along with the models of heads that I made in sculpey.
